Ok, so we're going on a long pattern. It's 44 ft. The rule of 31 brings it to 13. Well, we're gonna look at a couple of things that might change that. Looking at the graph, it is 25 mils, you know what, not a ton of oil.

Also, the ratio being 4 to 1 gives us some shape to the outside part of the lane. Let's give you some ideas on what we did for practice for starters. We went with a phase two. We played, you know what our feet were sliding about 19 targeting 89 break point right around seven. This gave us one choice.

Another thing was we moved a little bit further outside with the idle, a couple boards to the right, gave us another option. However, it seemed like a couple of shots. If we missed to the right at all, it didn't come back. Well, another choice was going to a stronger ball. The crux prime, we got our feet into around 22 targeted about 11 break point yet around eight, couple different choices for us.

It was either the face two or crux prime. Pick what you like to do. Do you like to swing the ball a little bit? You wanna be a little bit straighter? Personally, I recommend a little straighter to begin with, especially on a fresh pattern.

But do your comfort level, Jackson decided to go with the phase two. This gave him the best idea where he wanted to be and he felt really good there. So another thing when you're in practice, even on a long pattern, sometimes you can use a Urethane ball. It'll let you play a little bit straighter up the lane. If swinging, it just isn't a very good choice.

Chances are, you'll have to be pretty far to the outside part of the lane and straighter.
